This policy explains what information NEPSYS Digital Solution ("NEPSYS", "we") collects through this website and how it is used.
Information you send us
When you use the contact form or quote form, we receive the details you enter: usually your name, email, phone number, business name and a description of your project. We use this only to reply to you and prepare a quote.
How forms are delivered
Form messages are saved in our website's private admin system, which only NEPSYS staff can sign in to. If that system can't be reached, the message is sent to our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an email forwarding service, instead. If you prefer, you can email nepsys60@gmail.com directly.
Cookies and storage
This site doesn't use advertising cookies. Your browser stores your theme and accessibility choices locally so they stay the same between visits. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of the request.
We count how many times each page is opened, and which website sent the visitor, without cookies and without recording who you are or your IP address.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the length of the project and any legal record-keeping requirements.

- Ask us to correct or delete it.
