The brief
People contact a rehabilitation centre at a difficult moment, often on behalf of a family member. The website had to feel calm, private and trustworthy, and make reaching a person as easy as possible.
Helpline numbers sit in the header, and a confidential call-request form handles first contact. Programs, the treatment process, facilities and the team are each explained on their own page, with an English and Nepali version and a dark mode.
